Water is building up in my spouting. Do we need more downpipes?
This question is often asked but the answer is not a simple yes or no. This depends on the age of your house. If it is older, there is the possibility that your house has settled on its foundations or the spouting may have been installed incorrectly originally. If it is a new house the roofing calculations may have been done wrong originally, then maybe you do need more downpipes. It may be that you just need your spouting cleaned and your downpipes flushed out.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
Do I have to dispose of my old spouting?
No, after the job is completed, our crews clean the work area so as not to leave a mess. The spouting & downpipes that were removed from your house are loaded in our truck and disposed of properly. We believe that you should not see anything of our work when we are finished except the clean lines of your new continuous spouting.
How soon can you do the installation?
Generally, the job can be done within two weeks after the proposal has been accepted.
How long will it take to install new spouting?
Job times vary from one project to the next. It may take a few hours or a couple of days. Most residential projects are completed in one day.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.
Are there different sizes and profiles of spouting?

Can I have colour steel downpipes if I have rainwater tanks?
If you are going straight into the rainwater tank then this is fine but if you are going down the wall and into a sealed stormwater drain then you must use PVC downpipes because they have to be sealed.
Do I need to repaint the spouting and downpipes?

What is the best order to do things in if I need new spouting and my roof needs painting?
Paint the roof first because then any overspray lands on the old spouting. Once the old spouting has been removed then paint the fascia and put the new spouting up.

Why are joins so bad?
Joins invariably sag, split, leak or hold water (all risks that you want to avoid as this is how damage to your fascia and home can start). Continuous spouting is also more economical than traditional methods, as you are only paying for exactly what you need – so there
